The Federation is the governing body for world motorsport and the federation of the world’s leading Mobility Organisations. In motorsport, the FIA guarantees that events held worldwide adhere to equitable, well-regulated, and, above all, safe standards. They operate, regulate, and adjudicate at hundreds of events in a wide variety of series each year. The World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) is responsible for all aspects of international motorsport: deciding on rules, regulations, safety, and the development of motorsport at every level from karting to Formula One.
